While most other marketing agencies help every niche, we only focus on seo & Meta for Home Improvement Companies. This gives us a competitive advantage and our clients love it.

About the Job:
We’re looking for a professional SEO specialist to work with us and deliver amazing results to our clients. As our SEO Specialist you will work with us on full-time and must have the Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Local SEO specifically for small to medium-sized businesses.

• Proven track record of improving rankings for Google My Business (GMB/GBP) profiles and local search results.

• Case studies, portfolio, or verifiable examples of successful client campaigns.

2. On-Page SEO Expertise:

• Advanced understanding of optimizing website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and alt tags for local keywords.

• Ability to structure pages for user experience (UX) and technical SEO performance.

• Experience creating high-quality landing pages tailored for local keywords and geographic intent.

3. Off-Page SEO (Link Building):

• Proven ability to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks from reputable websites.

• Demonstrated success with guest posting and building relationships with authoritative publishers.

• Ability to audit and remove harmful or toxic backlinks.

4. Google My Business (GMB/GBP) Optimization:

• Extensive experience in optimizing and managing GMB listings to rank in the local map pack.

• Ability to handle GMB updates, posts, reviews, and Q&A for maximum visibility.

• Experience dealing with GMB suspensions or reinstatement processes.

5. Keyword Research and Content Strategy:

• Proficiency in conducting advanced keyword research targeting local search intent.

• Ability to analyze competitor strategies and find opportunities for high-value keywords.

• Expertise in developing content strategies focused on blogs, landing pages, and local service pages.

6. Competition Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.

• Monitor and reverse-engineer competitor rankings, backlinks, and content strategies.

• Provide actionable insights to outrank competitors in specific local markets.

7. Content Creation:

• Ability to write or guide the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts and resource pages.

• Focus on creating content that ranks, generates traffic, and converts visitors.

• Experience collaborating with content writers and overseeing the creation process.

8. Technical SEO:

• Proficiency in fixing technical SEO issues such as site speed, indexing errors, and crawlability problems.

• Knowledge of website structure, schema markup, and XML sitemaps to improve SEO performance.

• Ability to implement and monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics for reporting.

9. Reporting and Analytics:

• Strong ability to measure success and report results using tools like:

• Google Analytics

• Google Search Console

• BrightLocal or Whitespark (for local SEO tracking)

• Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz

• Provide monthly reports showing growth in rankings, traffic, leads, and ROI.

10. Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Proactive in suggesting improvements and new strategies.

• Collaborative mindset to work with the broader marketing team.

11. Proof of Success:

• Must provide case studies or examples of past work showing:

• Improved local rankings

• Increased organic traffic

• Growth in GMB leads or calls

• High-quality backlinks acquire


Salary & Work Details:

• Pay: $10-$12/hour based on experience and proven skill set.

• Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), must align with business hours.

• Fully remote role
