JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient supply chain solutions for businesses of all sizes. This is a fully remote role for a results-driven professional with excellent English skills, proven cold-calling experience, and a passion for driving new business in logistics and supply chain solutions.
As a Sales Executive, you will focus on outbound prospecting, developing new business, and driving company's growth by offering innovative supply chain solutions. This role is perfect for individuals with a track record in cold calling, a strong sales mindset, and the motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities
– Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate new leads and business opportunities.
– Identify client pain points and present tailored supply chain and logistics solutions.
– Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
– Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a focus on securing new business.
– Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
– Maintain organized records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM systems.
– Contribute to pricing negotiations and service agreement finalization.

Requirements
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proven experience in cold calling—you must have successfully used this approach in previous roles.
– A background in logistics or LTL brokerage is a strong plus.
– Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven personality with the ability to excel under pressure.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
– A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
