What We’re Looking For:
• A Love for the Craft: Passionate about creating amazing 2D animation and storyboards that resonate with kids.
• Creative and Proactive: You bring fresh ideas, sense what’s needed next, and execute beautifully—without waiting for constant prompts.
• Collaborative and Humble: You honor the creative team’s vision and direction with humble zest, asking questions and refining your work without ego.
• Storyboarding Skills: Able to create storyboards that align with the tone, pacing, and visual direction of the project.
• Reliable and Deadline-Driven: You consistently deliver polished, quality work on time and can hit success metrics with clarity and precision.
• Strong Communication: Fluent in English, receptive to feedback, and confident asking for guidance when needed.
• Animation Style: Ability to create in styles similar to Recess, Bluey, and other beloved kids’ shows.
• Time Zone Alignment: Available to work U.S. hours for seamless team collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing polished 2D animation and creating storyboards that bring our creative vision to life.
• Channeling a magical world that positively impacts children.
• Delivering work with attention to detail, anticipating what’s needed next, and offering creative solutions.
• Balancing independence and collaboration: bringing your ideas to the table while listening to direction with joy and humility.

The Path of Success:
• Test Period: Full-time starting at $500/month.
• Metric 1: After proving reliability, creative contribution, and execution quality, you will be bumped to $1,000/month.
• After Funding: With a proven track record of performance, collaboration, and talent, you’ll grow to $1,500/month.
