Virtual Collections Specialist

East Coast Mental Wellness is looking to hire a part-time contractor to assist in our collections department. We are a mental health agency with approximately 20 therapists on staff. We are looking for someone with experience working with health insurance who can handle inbound and outbound calls for billing, collect balances and overdue payments on clients’ accounts, update client payment information, and has working experience with the billing team. Hours are semi-flexible. Starting pay is $5 an hour, with an opportunity for a salary increase based on job performance.
