As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Your role will involve creating engaging, high-quality videos that captivate audiences and drive engagement. If you’re passionate about storytelling, video editing, and social media trends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce 40-50 short-form videos per month and 6-8 long-form videos (8-10 minutes) for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Add engaging subtitles, text overlays, motion graphics, and design scroll-stopping thumbnails to maximize audience engagement.
- Craft captivating hooks and maintain viewer interest throughout videos using advanced editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, and Canva.
- Leverage knowledge of pacing, timing, and storytelling to create visually compelling content aligned with audience preferences and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content meets brand guidelines and stays relevant to social media trends and best practices.
- Maintain an organized portfolio showcasing short-form content like Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts to demonstrate expertise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven experience: Minimum 1 year as a video editor, specializing in short-form content for social media platforms.
- Software proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, veed.io, CapCut Pro, and Canva. Knowledge of After Effects or similar motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Storytelling skills: Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and narrative structure for short and long-form video content.
- Creative mindset: Ability to think outside the box and craft innovative, engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to editing, with a focus on quality and visual appeal.
- Social media savvy: Familiarity with platform algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Portfolio required: Must provide examples of previous work, especially Reels, TikToks, and similar short-form content.

Technical Requirements
The equipment is capable of 4K video editing.

RAM: 32GB or higher.
Graphics Card: NVIDIA RTX 3060 or better.
