Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for setting up and managing automations using Make (formerly Integromat) to improve our social media operations. You’ll help automate tasks like content scheduling, reporting, client onboarding, and more. Your role will be crucial in saving time, enhancing productivity, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage automations using Make to improve social media workflows.
Automate tasks like client onboarding, reporting, and communication.
Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to identify automation opportunities.
Stay updated on automation tools and trends.
Provide occasional administrative support as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
