We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closer and Business Development Manager to enhance our sales efforts in the B2B sector. Our mission is to assist businesses in boosting their online visibility and attracting customers who are actively searching for their products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed in the digital landscape.

**Responsibilities:**  
- Drive sales by identifying and engaging potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize instantly.ai to manage leads, track interactions, and follow up on opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate sales forecasts.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the B2B sector.
- Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and online lead-generation strategies.
- Proficient in CRM tools; experience with instantly.ai is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

$800 monthly salary + 10% commission per closed deal + 5% commission on the monthly subscription for each client as long as they remain with us.
Client retention.

After 3 months, we can revisit the contract.
