I’m Ard from 3D Real Marketing, a real estate photography business dedicated to helping agents showcase their listings with stunning professional visuals. We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to help us expand our reach, engage real estate agents, and grow our business.

Job Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Lead generation:

Call real estate agents and brokerages to introduce our photography services.
Schedule appointments for free consultations or trial shoots.
Maintain call logs and update lead status in our CRM.
Social Media Management:

Create and schedule engaging content showcasing our photography work.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages to increase engagement.
Reach out to real estate agents via social media to generate leads and inquiries.
Marketing Support:

Assist with email marketing campaigns targeting real estate agents.
Research new leads and maintain an organized contact database.
Follow up with warm leads via email, phone, or social media messaging.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Previous experience in cold calling, social media management, or sales.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CRM systems, and scheduling software.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
A confident, professional, and friendly phone manner.
Preferred:

Experience working with real estate professionals.
Understanding of real estate marketing trends and strategies.
Work Hours: Flexible (10-20 hours/week to start) with availability during [my time zone or real estate agents' working hours].
