We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager to drive our Meta Ads department's strategy and execution. This role requires a strategic thinker who can take our proven playbooks and extend them to deliver exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our clients. As the Meta Ads Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding the team in creating and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns, ensuring our clients achieve their marketing goals efficiently and effectively.

Who We Are Looking For
Paid Social Advertising Expert
- Extensive experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns, including
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, budget optimization, and creative strategy for social media ads.
- Proven ability to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and campaign performance using data-driven strategies and innovative tactics.
Leadership & Ownership
= A proactive leader who can take full ownership of the Meta Ads department, including strategy development, team management, and performance tracking.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively, oversee Meta Ads specialists, and ensure that the team consistently meets deadlines with high-quality results.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to foster a collaborative environment.
Data-Driven Decision-Maker
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager,
- Ability to create comprehensive reports that measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive continued growth.
- Experience using data to influence strategy and optimize processes for better performance.
Process-Oriented Innovator
- Ability to refine and develop Meta Ads processes that streamline workflow, improve productivity, and ensure consistent delivery of results.
- Experience creating and implementing paid social playbooks and optimizing workflows to maintain top-tier performance.
- Bonus: Experience working with clients in the painting or home services industry and a strong understanding of local ad targeting for service-area businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop & Lead Meta Ads Strategy
- Create, implement, and refine Meta Ads strategies that maximize ROAS and drive leads and conversions for painting contractor clients.
- Continuously test new approaches to Meta Ads and adjust strategies based on performance data.
2. Team Management
- Lead a team of Meta Ads specialists, ensuring smooth execution of ad strategies and continuous improvement of campaign performance.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and regular performance evaluations to foster team growth and excellence.
3. Performance Monitoring
- Use data-driven metrics to track Meta Ads performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain internal processes for consistent, data-backed ad performance evaluation.
4. Client-Focused Strategy
- Ensure client goals are consistently met with measurable outcomes.
- Maintain communication with the client services team to align Meta Ads efforts with broader marketing strategies and goals.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of high-level experience managing Meta Ads campaigns in an agency or similar environment.
- Expertise with Meta Ads Manager,
- Proven success in optimizing campaigns to improve ROAS and generate leads for clients.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
- Local Business experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive salary starting from $12 per hour, averaging $2,000+ per month based on hours worked (remuneration range negotiable depending on experience).
- Opportunity for performance-based bonuses and company-wide bonuses based on overall success.
Work Schedule
- 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
- Flexibility to address urgent matters outside of normal business hours as needed (rare occurrences).
Work Location
- Remote position with a work-from-home setup.
- High-speed internet and reliable computer processing speed are mandatory.
