WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a creative and motivated team player to fill the role of ‘Social Media Manager & Marketing Coordinator’ who is also an innovative creator.
Are you a storyteller with a passion for social media? Do you thrive in crafting engaging content and growing audiences? If yes, we want you on our team!
• You excel at understanding audiences and conceptualizing unique, creative, and engaging content for them
• Copywriting - Strong experience writing short-form copy
• Graphic Design - Basic graphic design skills (ex. Canva)
• You are passionate about and well-versed in social media platforms, content strategy,
• You are creative and love to figure out how to create the most engaging content.

This is a fully remote position. You’ll be collaborating with our Marketing Manager and our growing marketing team where you’ll take charge of the development and management of content and growth for our Instagram account and other key channels–driving engagement and supporting our campaigns.

We’re not just looking for someone to support our team, We’re looking for someone to lead and level up our marketing efforts. As Social Media Manager & Marketing Coordinator, here are some aeras you’ll focus on:
1. Social Media Management & Content Creation
• Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram (posts, stories, reels) to drive growth and engagement.
• Develop a consistent posting schedule and maintain an on-brand content and aesthetic.
• Collaborate with influencers and customers to amplify user-generated content (UGC).
2. Campaign Management & Execution
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, aligning social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations with influencers and brands.
• Support campaign content needs by providing copy or visuals.
• Collaborate with the team with follower engagement or influencer management and communication.

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, growth, ROI).
• Provide actionable insights to optimize content and improve performance.

• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and platform changes to continually refine and recommend strategies to maintain relevance.
• Test and strategize for emerging platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Adapt content to suit platform-specific trends and audiences.

ABOUT YOU / REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
Must have skills or experience:
• 2-3+ years of managing social media and/or marketing for a brand. E-commerce experience is a huge plus.
• Copywriting: Strong skills in writing engaging captions, social media posts, and
• Graphic design: Basic graphic design skills in tools like Canva
• You know how to communicate in a way that resonates and engages people and compels them to take action.
• You are extremely self-motivated and excited to take initiative without hand-holding.
• Attention to detail is your thing!
• You’re comfortable with constructive criticism. If we notice that you can improve at something, we’ll talk to you about it. We’ll be respectful, but direct and quick. Please do not apply if you’re not comfortable with constructive criticism.
Optional but a big plus:
• Basic video editing skills (simple splicing and merging videos together) in tools like Capcut to create polished visuals and content
• Experience working at a start-up or dynamic company where you took on multiple functions/roles/projects
• Experience optimizing/automating/improving processes
• Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
