Compensation: Trial month at $600 USD, followed by a salary assessment (no maximum). Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Paradox Group PTY Ltd, an Australia-based company, is seeking a skilled WordPress Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. If you are passionate about building, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress-based solutions and are comfortable working night shifts to align with our international operations, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Label Changes: Implement content and label updates across WordPress sites, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Cache Management: Perform cache clearance to ensure updated changes are reflected promptly and sites run at optimal performance.
Site Debugging: Identify and resolve downtime issues quickly, ensuring websites are always up and running.
Post Publishing: Manage and publish blog posts, articles, or other content types with consistent formatting and optimization.
Design Fixes: Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues, including layout bugs, responsive problems, and popup publishing.
Site Maintenance: Regularly audit WordPress websites for errors, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing website enhancements, integrations, and overall user experience improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a WordPress Full Stack Developer.
Proficiency in:
PHP (custom themes, plugins).
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Experience with WordPress debugging tools, cache management plugins, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with content publishing workflows and SEO best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot design issues, layout problems, and UI/UX inconsistencies.
Strong problem-solving skills to address site downtime or errors quickly and effectively.
Willingness to work night shifts to support international team operations.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote setting.
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, WooCommerce, or Google Analytics.
Interview Process
First Round: 15-minute Meet & Greet with the CTO.
Second Round: 1-hour practical assessment focused on debugging, design fixes, and cache management, conducted with a member of our development team.
