Key Responsibilities:
-Develop engaging eLearning course content using SCORM-compliant tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms).
-Create instructional materials, quizzes, simulations, and interactive modules tailored to client needs.
-Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and structure content for corporate training programs (e.g., Code of Conduct, Ethics, AML compliance).
-Ensure courses are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for LMS platforms.
-Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, graphics, animations) to enhance learner engagement.
-Conduct testing and debugging to ensure SCORM compatibility and seamless functionality.
-Manage project timelines and deliverables with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in eLearning course development and instructional design.
-Proficiency in SCORM-compliant tools: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, or similar.
-Strong understanding of LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.
-Experience with multimedia tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite).
-Ability to design interactive content, simulations, and assessments.
-Excellent writing and communication skills for developing clear and concise training materials.
-Preferred: Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) and corporate training topics.
