Job Title: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

Position Overview:
The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist will play a key role in improving user experiences and maximizing conversions across our landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels. You will analyze data, hypothesize solutions, and run A/B and multivariate tests to increase conversion rates across various campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Develop & Execute CRO Strategies: Identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• A/B Testing: Plan, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user flows.
• Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other CRO tools.
• Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages.
• Reporting: Monitor key metrics, create performance reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the media buying, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on optimization goals and outcomes.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in CRO, A/B testing, or landing page optimization.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, VWO, Hotjar, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user behavior.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (a plus, not required).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations.
