JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Strategy Development:
• Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits.
• Research and select the most appropriate digital channels for advertising.
• Develop and implement effective media buying strategies to meet campaign objectives.
2. Negotiation and Purchasing:
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for digital media ad space with platform owners or vendors.
• Secure the best possible deals for ad placements to maximize budget efficiency.
3. Campaign Management:
• Execute digital media buying strategies across various platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, display networks).
• Monitor the performance of ad placements and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategy.

4. Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to determine the effectiveness of digital media buying strategies.
• Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
• Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for future campaigns.

5. Industry Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the digital advertising industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with digital media sales representatives to stay informed about new opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Digital Media Buyer or similar role in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic buying).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on Campaign performance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies.
• Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
