JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Media Executive to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of media strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes, possess excellent analytical skills, and demonstrate creativity in developing impactful media campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Media Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive media plans for traditional, digital, and social platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Media Buying and Optimisation: Oversee the purchase of ad space (social media, SEM, etc.) and ensure cost-effective media buying. Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for performance.

Campaign Management: Lead the execution of media campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, tracking, and reporting of results.

Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that media assets align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Analyse Media Performance: Use media performance tools and analytics platforms to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for improving future media investments.

Budget Management: Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and cost-effectiveness across all media channels.

Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and new technologies to provide innovative solutions for media campaigns.

Reporting: Create detailed reports on campaign performance, including KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, and ROI. Present findings and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a focus on digital channels.
Strong knowledge of media analytics tools and media performance metrics.
Experience managing media budgets and working with media agencies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Knowledge of social media platforms and how to leverage them for media campaigns.
