Who The Client Is: 
This client is a rapidly growing Australian cleaning franchise dedicated to providing exceptional services.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to manage and elevate our visual content. This role involves creating education-style content for our academy, social media materials, and marketing campaigns while supporting the development of over 500 videos for our training programs. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with innovative teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Academy Content Creation
Develop, edit, and refine over 500+ education-style videos for our internal academy.
Rapidly produce short 1–2 minute videos utilising AI tools for video, graphic, and audio content.
Edit and enhance existing educational videos for clarity and engagement.
Cleaning Demonstration Videos: Visual tutorials showcasing professional cleaning techniques and processes.
Business Success Content: Training materials focusing on running a successful cleaning business, covering topics like customer service, operations, and time management.
Social Media Content & Advertising
Create engaging visual content, including graphics and videos, for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Design and implement attention-grabbing advertisements to promote our services and brand identity.
Marketing and Brand Assets
Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional assets.
Develop website graphics that enhance the user experience and align with Bonza Clean’s branding.
Handle any ad-hoc graphic or video design requests as needed.
Collaboration and Strategy
Work closely with us to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with Bonza Clean’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
Proactively suggest and implement creative ideas to elevate the brand’s visual presence.

Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in graphic design and video editing.
Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent design and editing platforms.
AI Expertise: Familiarity with AI-powered tools for video and audio content creation.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design and video editing projects.
Creativity: Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with franchises or service-based businesses (cleaning industry experience is a bonus).
Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies to support business growth.
Previous experience in creating educational or training content is highly desirable.
