Role & Responsibilities:
• A tech-savvy virtual assistant to provide high volume and rapid digitization of scanned physical documents, complete associated data entry tasks using the digitized documents, and other QA/QC services to support our company’s electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).
Primary Duties (including, but not limited to):
• Digitally filing physical documents that are scanned and uploaded to a specific Google Drive folder.
• Renaming all digitally filed documents such that the file names follow a standard naming convention or format.
• Organizing all digitally filed documents onto a reference spreadsheet utilizing Google SmartChips, Data Validations, and other features common to Google Sheets.
• Completing data entry from the digital records that have been filed, rapidly transferring the information from the digital record to a Google Sheets spreadsheet with 100?curacy.
• Processing a high level of actions per minute (APM) and having the capacity to both digitally file and complete the associated data entry all physical records that are scanned and uploaded by the manufacturing team daily, generally ranging from 50 - 100 individual documents received daily, varying between 20+ different form types.
