Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to manage guest communications across various platforms, including WhatsApp,
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp,
Provide accurate information about our services, availability, and rates.
Handle guest requests, reservations, and special accommodations.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain records of guest interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Tools: Familiarity with communication platforms such as WhatsApp,
Availability: Ability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with flexible scheduling based on business needs.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and online booking systems.
Customer-Focused: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
