JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a tech-savvy professional with expertise in course organization, CRM systems, and business workflow optimization? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and love supporting small business growth? We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time (20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role (up to 40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

Course Organization

- Assist in setting up course modules based on provided outlines.
- Expertly organize program materials for easy access and efficiency.
- Work with dynamic online community platforms (e.g., Skool) to manage and engage participants.

Project Management

- Manage calendars and schedules for company events, program outlines, and participant coordination.
- Use tools like Trello or ClickUp to ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with goals.
- Provide support to the Executive Assistant for team-wide initiatives.

CRM & Business Workflow Optimization

- Set up automations and funnels in CRM systems.
- Manage sales pipelines and lead tracking to ensure optimization at every step.
- Track and report on marketing campaigns and customer behavior analytics.
- Develop workflow automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Experience with tools like High Level, Hubspot, or similar platforms is essential.

- Business Software Expertise: Workflow automation, sales pipelines, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with small business strategy and marketing principles.
