JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a "go-getter" with a positive, energetic attitude and an upbeat personality to join our team! I run a high producing real estate company that specializes in buying and wholesaling real estate in Wisconsin.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a highly motivated and coachable individual to be a part of one of the most successful real estate investment companies in Wisconsin.

Applicants MUST have a basic understanding of wholesaling real estate, and have previous real estate experience.

***Duties & Responsibilities***
Includes, but are not limited to:
- Assist in marketing campaigns.
- Answer and respond to inbound calls from leads.
- Review, process, and manage all leads that come into our database.
- Call leads as soon as possible and collect relevant information.
- Listen to homeowners to determine their motivation level to sell.
- Establish rapport with homeowners on the phone, and set appointments for Acquisition Manager To inspect the property.
- Diligently follow up leads.
- Research property detail and pull comparable sales

***Required Skills & Qualifications***
- Must be Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Have experience with the programs RESimpli and PropStream
- Exceptional Customer Service skills a must!
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Able to take rejection well, and keep going
- Have willingness to learn and be coachable
- Is Responsible and reliable
- Have a High Speed Internet connection with ability to receive and make calls from the CRM.
- Ability to follow a script and take notes in an organized manner
- Have Attention to detail.
- Overall, have a strong ability to work quickly and efficiently to manage the flow of leads by contacting homeowners who have called in a timely fashion.

In the past we have received a lot of applicants for this position, so now we have set up a specific interview process to allow the cream of the crop to rise to the top.
