WHO WE ARE
We are China Product Pros, a growing family business. Our primary focus is helping Western companies find and manufacture products in China through our sourcing agency. We also run two private-label e-commerce brands, selling products in Canada and the USA.

Since 2017, we’ve built a positive, hardworking team spread across the globe. Many of our team members are in the Philippines, and China, and we focus on helping everyone grow and succeed.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We need a Mandarin/English-speaking Project Manager to join our team. Most of your time will focus on China Product Pros, managing client communication, coordinating with our China team, and ensuring smooth project workflows.

A smaller part of this role will involve helping with our private-label brands, such as sourcing and coordinating product development tasks.

This is a key role. If you do not speak fluent Mandarin and English, please do not apply. We will not consider applications from candidates who lack these skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS
Be a main contact for our clients.
Send updates, answer questions, and ensure projects run smoothly.
Double-check all client emails for grammatical accuracy, proper tone, and clear wording.
Translate information clearly between clients (English) and our team in China (Mandarin).

COORDINATE WITH THE TEAM
Work with our sourcing team in China to complete projects.
Use tools like Trello and Slack to track progress and updates.

MANAGE PROJECTS
Oversee multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Solve problems and keep everything moving forward.

SUPPORT E-COMMERCE BRANDS
Help with sourcing and logistics for our private-label brands.
Work with suppliers and support product development.

WHO YOU ARE

MUST-HAVES:

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
At least 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or Western client-facing roles.
Extremely detail-oriented. You double and triple-check emails, client updates, and project deliverables.
Dedicated and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
A team player who works well with others and takes pride in their work.
Familiar with tools like Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

Experience with e-commerce.
Knowledge of sourcing and manufacturing.

Salary: $600 - $1,000 USD per month (based on experience).
