Outbound Power is a growing and dynamic e-commerce store on a mission to empower customers with access to electrical power wherever they are. We're seeking a passionate Customer Success and Sales Specialist to join our team.

In this remote role, we are looking for a versatile professional who can seamlessly blend outbound sales strategies with top-tier customer support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, a strategic thinker, and committed to driving customer satisfaction and company growth.

Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound sales calls to leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value.
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (email, phone, SMS, chat).
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and improve product/service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate potential sales opportunities or customer concerns.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for both sales and customer support activities.


Qualifications and Requirements
- Work is 100% remote and will start with a one-month trial period to determine suitability.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Superb English speaking and writing ability.
- Proven experience working with an e-commerce platform (Shopify preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools (Hubspot, Google applications).
- Impeccable integrity and a positive attitude!
- Must be available to make outbound calls and manage customer service inquiries during business hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Arizona Mountain Standard Time.
- Willing and eager to learn about the portable power industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with superb attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
- Starting pay is $1200 per month USD plus a bonus structure for sales milestones.
- 10 paid vacation days per year.
