Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative & Marketing Specialist to support our Physical Therapy clinic operations and marketing efforts. This role involves managing billing processes, handling claims and denials, conducting patient quality assurance calls, driving referral growth, and supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Business Development:
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers and community partners.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient referrals.
Monitor referral trends and generate reports to assess marketing effectiveness.
Billing & Claims Management:
Process billing statements accurately and on time.
Handle insurance claims submissions, corrections, and follow-ups on denials.
Collaborate with the billing team to resolve payment issues promptly.
Patient Quality Assurance:
Conduct patient outreach calls to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Document patient experiences and coordinate with the clinical team as needed.
Staff Recruitment & Onboarding:
Post job openings, screen candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
Manage onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and assist with credentialing tasks.
