Build Target Prospect List

I am looking for a part-time employee with excellent English skills. You will be building out a list of contacts to get in touch with Special Education leaders throughout the United States. Experience in building target prospects list is a plus!

Every School District name in the State
Every Leader of Special Education Services (Will be multiple for Each School District; Titles include Special Education Director, Director of Special Services, Special Education Program Director, etc.)
