What's the Role?
As Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our systems, processes, and operational excellence. You'll work directly with our founder to scale our thriving property development coaching business while maintaining the high-touch, results-driven approach that sets us apart.

Your Impact:
- Transform our operations from founder-dependent to systems-dependent
- Build and manage the systems that will scale us from $30-40K to $70-80K+ monthly revenue
- Lead and develop our remote team
- Create the infrastructure for sustainable growth
- Own our data tracking and analytics
- Optimise our client experience from sales through programme delivery

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can both plan and execute. You're equally comfortable designing high-level systems and rolling up your sleeves to implement them. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of bringing structure to growing businesses.

Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of operations management experience in a small business environment
- Proven ability to implement systems that drive growth
- Experience managing remote teams
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellence in process creation and documentation
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Ability to work Brisbane AEST hours

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with High Level (GHL)
- Knowledge of Monday.com
- Background in online coaching or property development
- Experience with content operations and marketing systems

The Details:
Position Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
Location: Remote (must work Brisbane AEST hours)
Compensation: $46,000-$70,000 AUD annually, DOE
