### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and manage **high-performing Facebook ad campaigns** that drive conversions, leads, and ROI.
- Conduct thorough **audience research** and develop targeted ad strategies that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with the team to design **scroll-stopping ad creatives**, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to ensure campaign success.
- Set up and manage **Facebook Pixel integrations**, ensuring accurate event tracking for purchases, leads, and other conversions.
- Monitor ad performance daily, analyze metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Troubleshoot Pixel-related issues and maintain correct tracking across all campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on Facebook's advertising policies, platform updates, and emerging trends.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for scaling.

### **Qualifications:**
- **Proven experience** as a Facebook Media Buyer with successful ad campaigns under your belt.
- Strong understanding of **Facebook Pixel implementation**, event tracking, and troubleshooting.
- **Creative skills**: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar platforms. Video editing experience is a plus.
- Strong **analytical skills** to track, measure, and optimize ad performance effectively.
- Hands-on experience with **copywriting** and developing persuasive ad messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with other paid platforms (Google, TikTok, or YouTube ads) is a bonus but not required.
