JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to support Helply's growing team. Helply.com is an AI-powered customer service platform designed for B2B SaaS and eCommerce companies. Our mission is to streamline customer support, improve efficiency, and empower businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences with scalable, 24/7 AI-driven solutions.

As our Administrative Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers and users have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our CRM, ensuring all customer and user data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Update and organize databases with new and existing information.
- Conduct research to support outreach, lead generation, and other strategic initiatives.
- Send emails and follow up on behalf of the team with customers, users, and leads.
- Respond to customer and user inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Route conversations and inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Schedule calls and manage team calendars efficiently.
- Handle various virtual assistant tasks to support daily operations and special projects.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms, and email automation software.
- Ability to research effectively and synthesize information quickly.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
- Fluent English
