Position Overview:
We're looking for a Creative Director/Content Strategist and social Media Manager to take the reins of content creation, strategy, and social media direction for our agency and client brands. This is a unique opportunity to shape and oversee the vision for multiple brands while working with top-tier influencers and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction: Lead the creative strategy for client brands and our agency’s social media presence. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute effective content strategies to grow and engage audiences for our clients.
Social Media Management: Oversee daily social media activities, including content calendar planning, posting, community management, and performance tracking.
Campaign Performance: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across platforms, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Team Leadership: Manage the content production workflow, collaborating with creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure timely, high-quality content.
Client Relations: Pitch creative direction and content strategies to prospective clients, building strong relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
Influencer & Creator Outreach: Identify, approach, and build partnerships with top UGC creators, influencers, and content collaborators to ensure quality and brand alignment.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Creative Director, Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and trends in UGC and influencer marketing.
Experience with content creation workflows, campaign reporting, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
Ability to think creatively while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
