Flutter Web and App Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Flutter and Flutter Flow, with expertise in creating cross-platform web and mobile applications. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our innovative application, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and an exceptional user experience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development:
- Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter and Flutter Flow
- Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces that work seamlessly on web, iOS, and Android platforms
- Implement complex features with a focus on performance and user experience
- Code Implementation:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
- Utilize Flutter Flow for rapid prototyping and development
- Implement state management solutions and integrate with backend services
- Performance and User Experience:
- Optimize application performance across different devices and platforms
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and debug issues as they arise
- Implement responsive design principles with a mobile-first approach
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers
- Translate visual designs and wireframes into functional user interfaces
- Collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
- Provide regular updates on project progress and development status
- Version Control and Development Workflow:
- Use Git for version control and team collaboration
- Manage project dependencies and package management
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter, mobile development, and web technologies
- Propose and implement improvements to application architecture
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Flutter and mobile/web application development
- Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter
- Experience with Flutter Flow a plus
- Deep understanding of mobile and web application architecture
- Experience with state management solutions
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration
- Proficiency in Git version control
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills for remote team collaboration
- High attention to detail in code implementation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
