Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks (QB) to manage the financial records for multiple franchise locations (approximately 10). This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data, processing checks, and overseeing accounts receivable, all while ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the company’s books across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Check Processing:
Accurately process and record all checks in QuickBooks.
Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
Maintain, clean, and organize financial records for all franchise locations.
Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
Accounts Receivable Management:
Oversee accounts receivable processes without direct customer communication (no collection calls).
Monitor and record payments received to ensure accurate reporting.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all financial records comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.
Qualifications:
Experience as a bookkeeper, preferably managing financial records for multiple locations or franchises.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounts receivable management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage the financial needs of multiple locations.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with franchise operations is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
