We're looking for social media specialist that have proven experience in promoting social media creators. This can be IG, TikTok, Reddit, Dating Apps and any other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with marketing goals and brand voice.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Monitor and engage with audiences, fostering community interaction and brand loyalty.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, offering insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and effective posts.
- Implement paid social campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Research and engage with influencers or partners to expand the brand’s reach.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts for brands.
- Proficient in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for crafting engaging content.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
