We're a family-owned real estate investment company based in Miami, specializing in buying land directly from property owners. Our team helps landowners convert their unused property into cash through a simple, straightforward process.

What We're Looking For
?? We're seeking top performers only - if you're not ready to be in the top 5% of cold callers, this position isn't for you. We want someone who:
??Has a proven track record in real estate cold calling (preferred but not required)
??Is familiar with the Jordan Belfort Straight Line Method (big plus)
??Brings an exceptional attitude and strong work ethic
??Is hungry to make money and grow with our team
??Takes ownership of their results

Core Responsibilities
??Make 400-500 outbound calls daily to landowners from our provided lists
??Follow our proven cold calling script to engage property owners
??Schedule appointments for potential sellers with our acquisition team
??Update our CRM system with call outcomes and lead information
??Track and report daily call metrics
??Maintain detailed notes on conversations with property owners

What Success Looks Like
??Setting 3-5 qualified appointments per day
??Consistently making the required number of daily calls
??Accurately recording all contact attempts and conversations
??Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor on all calls
??Following up with leads according to our established schedule

Required Skills & Experience
??Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
??Previous cold calling or sales experience
??Comfortable with basic computer software and CRM systems
??Self-motivated with strong time management skills
??Available during US Eastern Time business hours
??Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Hours & Compensation
??Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
??$5-9 per hour base pay
??Performance bonuses for appointments set
??Monday through Saturday during US Eastern business hours

??Smartphone for backup communications
