Instagram Account Creator & Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us create and manage Instagram accounts from scratch. This role involves creating credible Instagram profiles by publishing content gradually over time (1-2 months per account) and ensuring all accounts meet specific criteria.

This is a long-term project where you will be responsible for managing 20-40 accounts, with weekly tasks based on scheduled posts and stories.

Responsibilities:

- Set up new Instagram accounts and ensure proper configuration (bio, profile picture, and initial setup).
- Publish content progressively over time to ensure authenticity (not all in one day).
- Schedule and post:
- Stories.
- Posts.
- Reels.
- Purchase followers, likes, and comments from approved platforms as directed.
- Maintain each account’s credibility by creating engaging Stories Highlights and staying consistent with activity.
- Provide weekly progress reports using the provided templates (e.g., Excel).

Compensation:

Per Content Published:

- Post: €0.05.
- Story: €0.02.
- Reel: €0.05.
- Account Completion Bonus: €10 per fully configured and rendered account.

Payment Details:

- Payments are processed every Monday based on the work completed during the week.
- On average, you will earn $20/week, depending on how much content you publish and how many accounts you work on.
- The project is expected to last 1-2 months per account, with a total workload of 20-40 accounts.
