Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Agent to join our team of three inside sales agents. You will be responsible for effectively representing our team and assisting in our land flipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and set appointments or get offer requests
-Engage with clients and provide excellent customer service
-Support the team by meeting sales goals and performance metrics
-Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve sales techniques

Qualifications:
-Previous appointment setting or sales experience required
-Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
-Ability to work weekends and be flexible with work hours is a plus
-Must have a computer with high-speed internet, a good working headset, and a suitable workspace
-Ability to check ego at the door and work collaboratively
-Passionate about real estate and motivated to succeed
