What You’ll Do

As our General Manager, your key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing daily operations across customer service, supply chain, and overall business management.
* Collaborating with teams to ensure seamless processes in e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Re:amaze.
* Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
* Managing financials, including profit and loss statements, budgets, and operational costs.
* Leading and inspiring the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
* Problem-solving complex issues, whether operational or strategic.
* Strategizing growth opportunities and ensuring long-term business success.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* On-time completion of key deliverables and tasks.
* Increased operational efficiency and reduced downtime.

* Meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
* Timely resolution of supply chain and operational challenges.

Additional Requirement:
