Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed.
Assist customers with sales inquiries.
Perform data entry.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.

Qualifications:
Required: Previous experience in customer service (phone-based experience preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Go High Level) and proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Strong communication skills, both verbal (fluent English) and written.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
