We're a fast-growing digital publishing company looking for a creative content creator who can work effectively with AI tools to produce engaging books that sell.

The Role
You'll use AI tools to efficiently create high-quality books while maintaining a consistent voice and commercial appeal. You'll work closely with our international team during core overlap hours.

Daily Tasks
- Create engaging book content using AI tools (GPT-4, Claude)
- Structure and organize content for maximum reader engagement
- Write compelling titles, descriptions, and marketing copy
- Maintain consistent voice and quality across all content
- Optimize content for Amazon search and conversion

Required Skills
- Excellent English writing skills
- Strong ability to prompt and direct AI tools
- Understanding of book structure and narrative flow
- Eye for what makes content commercially successful
- Attention to detail and consistency

Bonus Skills
- US native-level English speaking voice (opportunity for audiobook narration)
- Experience with audio recording/editing
- Experience in commercial writing

Schedule
- Flexible working hours
- Required core overlap: 4 PM - 7/ 8 PM CET for team collaboration
- Monday to Friday
