Requirements:

Previous experience in messaging, chat support, or similar roles, preferably with social media platforms.
Fluent written English with excellent grammar and a creative, conversational style.
A high-performance computer, fast and reliable internet, camera, and headset (all required).
Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
A strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and dedication to the role.
