We are currently seeking a talented and creative App Designer to join our team on a 1099 basis. This role offers flexibility, remote work, and the chance to shape the design of a cutting-edge app that aligns with our clients’ needs.

Role Overview:
As our App Designer, you will take the lead on designing and prototyping user interfaces using platforms like Bravo, Figma, and Adalo. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the app is not only visually stunning but also intuitive and functional. This position offers creative freedom and flexibility while delivering a high-quality product that meets client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Prototype Development: Create captivating and user-friendly app designs using Figma, Bravo, and Adalo, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Collaborate: Work closely with our development team to translate client requirements into functional and visually appealing designs.
Client-Centric Workflows: Tailor app functionalities and designs to meet client specifications and industry best practices.
Test & Iterate: Collect feedback from internal teams and clients to refine designs and improve user experience.
Creative Problem Solving: Identify and solve design challenges, maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Bravo, Figma, and Adalo is essential.
Strong understanding of app design workflows and UI/UX principles.
Creativity & Aesthetics:
Exceptional design skills with a deep understanding of modern app aesthetics and trends.
Experience:
Proven experience in app design and development, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Ability to integrate user feedback and iterate quickly.
Collaboration:
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

Experience designing apps in an agency setting or for multiple clients.
Familiarity with other no-code or low-code platforms.
Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization.
An understanding of branding and marketing principles.
