We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Short Form Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and visually compelling short videos tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your work will play a crucial part in building our brand, creating User-Generated Content (UGC), and delivering impactful content that fosters a personal connection with our audience.

*Key Responsibilities:

- Video Editing:: Edit short-form content using provided footage, sound effects, and b-roll while adhering to brand guidelines.
- UGC Creation: Develop User-Generated Content that resonates with the target audience, ensuring authenticity and relatability.
- Connection Building: Use editing techniques to enhance storytelling and create a personal connection between the brand and the audience.
- Creativity: Bring fresh ideas to the table, incorporating dynamic transitions, captions, and effects to enhance engagement.
- Platform Optimization: Tailor videos for different platforms to maximize reach and impact.
- Feedback Implementation: Collaborate with the team to refine edits based on feedback and align with the company’s vision.
- Proactive Improvement: Suggest and implement enhancements to content if you believe it can be improved.
- File Management: Organize and maintain video assets for efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience editing short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of current trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to create engaging UGC and build personal connections through editing.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity and a proactive mindset to improve content quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
