Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and provide a seamless, positive experience.
- Utilizing platforms like Zendesk, Shopify, NetSuite, Asana, and OneDrive to manage customer inquiries, internal assets, and reporting.
- Assisting customers with customizing orders to meet specific space requirements, ensuring the final product matches their vision.
- Paying close attention to detail when reviewing product specifications (materials, configurations, dimensions) and customer-related documents (quotes, renderings, contracts).
- Supporting B2B communications for members of the Sixpenny Trade Program.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as customer outreach, trade member application processing, and order reporting.
- Collaborating with other teams to maintain clear and consistent communication, ensuring alignment and improving the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer-facing writing skills.
- Ideally, some experience or background in **interior design** or related fields.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms (Zendesk, Shopify, NetSuite, Asana, OneDrive).
