We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team (
Customer Experience (CX):
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive brand experience.
• Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve CX processes.
Reporting:
• Generate and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and trackers.
• Analyze data and present actionable insights to the team.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Shipment Management:
• Oversee order fulfillment and shipping processes end-to-end.
• Liaise with vendors, couriers, and warehouses to resolve delivery issues.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Promotional Orders:
• Process and manage promotional orders for campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional inventory.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Website Updates:
• Upload and update product information, images, and descriptions.
• Manage website banners, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure all website updates are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to troubleshoot any website issues.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and e-commerce Shopify CMS
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or digital marketing is a plus.
