CSR with German E-Com Dropshipping Experience

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in e-commerce dropshipping for a German client to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional support to customers in the German market for a leading e-commerce dropshipping company
- Handle customer inquiries and efficiently resolve issues
- Manage and troubleshoot tasks on platforms like Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe
- Utilize tech tools to manage and track customer interactions

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in e-commerce dropshipping for a German client is a must
- Proven ability to work with Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe to resolve customer-related issues (e.g., order management, payment concerns)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work within 9am - 5pm Germany Time

Work Details:
- Hourly setup
- Maximum of 20 hours per week
- Rate: $4-6/hour
- Remote position
