Virtual Assistant for Shopify Product Listing and Optimization

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our Shopify product listings and optimization efforts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our online store’s performance, SEO rankings, and visual appeal, ensuring that our products are presented attractively and optimized for maximum conversion and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Create and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize product pages for SEO, Google Ads, and keyword strategies to enhance visibility and traffic.
- Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align product listings with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
- Manage inventory levels and update listings according to stock changes.
- Propose and implement strategies to improve product page conversions, including layout, reviews, and calls-to-action.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms, particularly in dropshipping or brand development.
- Proven ability to create highly converting product pages, with a clear understanding of their essential components (titles, descriptions, images, reviews, and layout).
- Strong command of English with fluent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and online marketing/research tools.
- Experience in photo editing and graphic design is a strong plus.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
- Available 7 days per week for communication and flexible task execution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
