About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will provide invaluable support across a variety of administrative, creative, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments.
• Handle
• Prepare and organize travel arrangements (if applicable).
• Manage expenses and assist with basic accounting/finance tasks (e.g., invoice processing, expense reports).
Creative Support:
• Assist with video editing projects using professional software.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Assist with graphic design projects
Project Management & Organization:
• Utilize project management tools like ClickUp to track tasks, deadlines, and progress.
• Maintain organized digital files using platforms like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Dropbox.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Willing to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) or similar.
• ClickUp experience, ideally certificated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong video editing skills with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent social media management skills, including content creation and community building.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with cloud-based storage platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox).
• Basic accounting/finance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
