Who we are:
We are leading the transformation of premium content platforms by integrating advanced psychological insights with innovative marketing strategies. This project is a 6-month initiative aimed at analyzing consumer behavior, optimizing sales strategies, and leveraging neuromarketing principles to enhance subscriber engagement, pricing models, and creator branding.
Who we are looking for
(1) One - Neuro Marketing and Consumer Psychology Specialist to take ownership of both consumer behavior analysis and marketing strategy optimization, while incorporating neuroscience-driven insights to craft impactful solutions for our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Neuromarketing and Consumer Analysis
• Conduct detailed consumer behavior segmentation, identifying psychological and neurological triggers that drive subscriptions, purchases, and loyalty.
• Apply neuromarketing principles such as loss aversion, anchoring, and scarcity to enhance sales and engagement strategies.
• Use neuroscience-backed techniques to analyze and improve the emotional impact of content and campaigns.
Marketing and Sales Strategy Development
• Create data-driven branding and sales strategies that resonate with diverse subscriber personas.
• Develop content recommendations for creators to increase engagement and conversion rates across digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Meta etc. ).
• Optimize pricing strategies using psychological principles to maximize revenue while ensuring subscriber satisfaction.
Knowledge Extraction and Application
• Extract actionable insights from key psychology and marketing books provided by the company, including Neuromarketing: Understanding the Buy Buttons in Your Customer's Brain and Why We Buy.
• Translate research findings into practical strategies for improving sales funnels, marketing campaigns, and subscriber retention.
Digital Marketing Support
• Advise on effective social media strategies, incorporating emotional and cognitive triggers to enhance creator performance and subscriber interaction.
• Design campaigns that optimize traffic to premium content platforms.
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
o Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychology, Neuroscience, Behavioral Economics, Consumer Behavior, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
o Proven expertise in consumer psychology, neuromarketing, and digital marketing strategies.
o Experience analyzing and optimizing subscription-based or premium content models.
Skills:
o In-depth understanding of neuromarketing principles and their application to consumer behavior.
o Expertise in pricing psychology, branding, and sales funnel optimization.
o Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred:
o Experience with premium content platforms or e-commerce models.
o Familiarity with tools like eye-tracking, EEG, or other neuromarketing methods (not mandatory).

(1) One Consumer and Marketing Psychologist - This position will be responsible in extracting key insights from leading psychology and marketing literature and then applying these findings to our innovative platform.
Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy Development:
o Design and test dynamic pricing models based on behavioral economics principles.
o Apply psychological pricing tactics (e.g., anchoring, loss aversion) to maximize revenue.
Digital Marketing Support:
o Advise creators on social media strategies and audience engagement techniques.
o Help refine campaigns for platforms like Instagram,
Knowledge Extraction:
o Summarize actionable insights from key psychology and marketing books provided by the company (e.g., Why We Buy, Contagious, Decoded, etc.).
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
o Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Consumer Behavior, or a related field.
Experience:
o Proven track record in consumer psychology, marketing psychology, or behavioral economics.
o Experience with digital marketing campaigns and sales optimization, especially for subscription-based platforms.
Skills:
o Strong knowledge of branding, pricing strategies, and consumer decision-making.
o Ability to create subscriber segmentation and personalized sales strategies.
o Familiarity with psychological principles such as loss aversion, scarcity, and social proof.
o Expertise in social media marketing and content creation strategies.
o Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred:
o Familiarity with premium content platforms and understanding of their unique dynamics.
o Experience working on short-term, results-driven projects.
