Start Up Hiring Immediately

My higher-ups are letting me hire people for our company that we are starting in 2025. We must begin preparing now so we are hiring a team now. This is a start-up that just received funding. We’re starting from the beginning and the first person hired is going to have the most work and get more money for doing little things. Our company doesn’t have a name yet and changes continuously, so don’t apply if you don’t want to work here.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Hosting, Git, AI, APIs, and similar tools.
Knows how to code and can use AI tools while coding.
Partial payments for incomplete work.
Key Tasks:
Adding APIs and credentials to our setup (mostly simple integration work).
Completing our apps and sites.
Creating complex ai workflows.
Git building and deploying.
Building a mobile app version of our web app and sites.

Whoever completes more work gets more money. This is not hourly work unless you and our company agree on an hourly rate. This is to make sure that someone who works more than someone else doesn't get the same payment amount because someone was purposely taking a long time to complete something.

We'll also give you residual income forever and a bonus if you complete the tasks with high quality (as long as the work continues to produce revenue). A lot of this is basic work, so don't think you're going to make $100/hr when someone in a different country than you would do all the work for less.
Must work at least 20 hours a week for the first month or be withdrawn from working. After we complete our new site, you can work whenever you want. The initial payment is sent 30 days after your first day working and is sent through Paypal for now. If we can complete the beginning tasks quickly then, you’ll receive it before that.
Hiring everyone who applies as long as your resume is okay. If you want to start working now, message the Telegram. One of the hire ups will respond to you, ask a few things, do a quick video call to show you how the company works, and then you can start working. Just send a message and wait for a response because we’ll be hiring people continuously.
