We're looking for an Influencer Manager to help us build, manage, and grow our network of influencers while driving high-quality UGC production.
Role Overview:
As an Influencer Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our UGC strategy, responsible for managing influencer relationships, overseeing UGC production, and crafting creative briefs to inspire compelling content for paid advertising campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure all deliverables align with performance goals and creative vision.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a network of influencers and creators, securing competitive pricing and favorable terms for UGC collaborations.
- Research and evaluate influencers to ensure quality and suitability for various ecommerce and B2B client campaigns.
- Develop detailed creative briefs, outlining client objectives, demographics, and content specifications to guide influencers in creating high-performing UGC.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and influencers, coordinating selections, approvals, and feedback.
- Manage the end-to-end UGC production process, including project timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Review and approve content drafts, providing feedback to influencers and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
- Facilitate revisions, iterations, and final edits to optimize content for use in paid advertising.
- Maintain organized records of influencer agreements, project statuses, and deliverables.
- Stay informed on trends in influencer marketing and UGC to continually enhance creative strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in influencer management, UGC production, or a similar role within the ecommerce or B2B space.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and influencers.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate compelling content ideas and briefs.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and performance-driven creative.
- Proficiency in task management tools and workflow tracking systems.
