JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a highly talented sales admin + appointment setter position working directly with the CEO at a startup.

This is a full-time role with great growth potential and bonuses for good performance.

Here are some of the things you'll do:

- Chatting (over text / dms) with prospects
- Business Account Research (web & LinkedIn)
- Outreach & appointment setting (LinkedIn & Email)
- Profile Research (LinkedIn)
- Creating Lead Lists (Apollo & LinkedIn)
- Occasional light graphic design

I'm looking for:
- EXCELLENT written & verbal English communication skills
- Moves FAST and highly responsive
- Highly detail & process oriented
- Experience with account research
- Experience with sales outreach and appointment setting
- Growth mindset / able and willing to learn new things quickly
- Can do attitude

The job hours will be 9am-5pm EST - occasionally a bit extra when things get busy. I'm looking for an individual, not an agency.
