Meta Ads / TikTok Ads Specialist

My name is Angelique, and I'm the Director of Kitsa Creative - a marketing solutions support agency based in Melbourne, Australia that helps solopreneurs market with confidence. I'm seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads / TikTok Ads Specialist to set up, monitor, and optimise our paid ad campaigns for our clients.

About the Role:

- Casual position with flexible hours, based on campaign needs.
- Responsible for ad set-up, monitoring, and optimisation on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok platforms.
- Focus on creating and managing custom audiences to maximise campaign performance.
- Collaborate with my existing team of VAs to ensure campaigns align with brand goals (creative and copywriting not required).

What I'm Looking For:

- Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platform (hopefully you'll teach me a thing or two, as I know a bit but not advanced).
- Expertise in building custom audiences and refining targeting strategies.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation and performance tracking.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver results within budget.
- Flexible, responsive, and efficient in managing campaigns.
